CMHOA Annual Meeting – Update Day Correctionfrom Tuesday to Wednesday

Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, starts 7:00pm

The location will be:  American Legion Post #187225 East Holding Avenue (Across from the Post Office)

At the Annual Meeting we will cover:

1. The 2025 annual report2. The 2025 Treasurer’s report and proposed budget for 20263. The proposed slate for the HOA and ACC board positions for 20264. Any other Business

Current 2026 Slate of CMHOA Officers – Please e-mail crenshawmanoracc@gmail.com if you can serve in 2026. You can also attend the meeting and be nominated for a position.

We need participation or we will have to turn it over to a management company.
